Availability: Metro Manila and select nearby areas.

Delivery Time: Within 2 to 4 hours after order fulfillment.

Rates: Calculated dynamically based on your distance from our warehouse.

• J&T Express (Standard Nationwide Shipping)

Availability: Nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).

Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days for Luzon; 5 to 9 business days for Visayas and Mindanao.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the parcel is shipped.

• LBC Express (Premium / Remote Area Shipping)

Availability: Nationwide, including remote island provinces.

Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days for major cities; 3 to 5 business days for provincial areas.

Options: Available for both home delivery and LBC branch pick-up.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
